Individuals must logon to a device every 30 days to keep the local software installation active.

Each student can install the software on at least five PCs, Macs or mobile devices (apps can be downloaded on some devices and don’t count as an installation).

Below are some of the features and benefits available: In addition to having access to Office 365, all YCSD students are able to download the latest version of Microsoft Office Suite. The York County School Division uses Office 365 as a means for students and staff to collaborate, create and store documents and work, and hold video conference meetings. Office 365 is the cloud-based version of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email, etc.) that also includes tools such as OneNote and Teams.
